Contributed talks

In addition to the Plenary and Invited talks, there will be a number of contributed talks. These will be selected by the committee from the submitted presentations. If you wish to submit an abstract please register for the meeting as soon as possible. Please note that from now on abstracts will only be considered for poster presentations.

At the point of registration you will be asked if you would like to present something at the meeting. You will be asked to give the title of the presentation, and, if you wish, to upload a short one-page abstract (in pdf, doc, or docx format - if possible please use the template attached). The abstracts will be used by the committee to select contributed oral presentations for the meeting. If you wish to give more than one presentation at the meeting (e.g., two poster presentations), please either include this information in the single file that you upload, or email the conference organizers at

Poster presentations

There will be two poster sessions at the meeting. You will asked at the point of registration for the meeting if you wish to give a presentation, and for the title of your poster, or, if selected, your oral contribution.

The poster boards are suitable for A0 size (1189 mm high x 841 mm wide, or 46.8 x 33.1 in) posters, mounted in portrait.
